His responsibilities have included valueproposition engineering, financial modeling, market entry strategy, and the cultivation of strategic partnerships across technology, sustainability, and operational ecosystems.

In his recent leadership role supporting major economic city and freezone developments, Tushar oversaw market strategy, RFP response direction, executivelevel reporting, and competitive positioning for major governmentlinked and privatesector investment initiatives. Tushar holds a Master’s in Project Management from Sheffield Hallam University, specializing in PPP frameworks and construction contracts, supported by a Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He is trained in Primavera P6, advanced workflow automation, AI-integrated analytics tools, and a wide range of digital content and publishing platforms.
