Manju is a highly qualified Team Leader Quantity Surveyor and Fellow of the RICS, with over 35 years’ experience in both pre and post contract aspects on major projects including airports, commercial & residential buildings, hospitality and hospital projects – with a background mainly focused on MEP.

A highly ethical individual who takes pride in minimising cost for Clients, he has demonstrated the ability to communicate and manage effectively across stakeholders, developers, contractors, engineers and sub-contractors to ensure projects run efficiently within budget and time.

He has been working in the Middle East for 31 years, based in Dubai, having previously been located in Mainland Sri Lanka.

Paul is a capable and experienced Senior Cost Manager with over 35 years in the construction industry, with a proven track record across consultancy, residential development, main contracting, and high-end fit-out.

His projects range and vary in magnitude across multiple sectors including high-end hotel resort and spa facilities, luxury villa developments, conference facilities, and the fit-out of banks and offices.

Paul operates pre and post contract services spanning cost planning, procurement and tender action, quantification and post-contract cost control, contract administration, and dispute resolution — both in the UK and UAE.

He is a clear and effective communicator who leads and manages his teams to deliver consistent results.

Roy is a result-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful British Lead Cost Manager with over 19 years of experience specialising in claims management, consulting advice in contract administration, and commercial management.

He brings proven experience across airport, metro, infrastructure, leisure and entertainment works, dam projects, consultancy, and main contracting including high-end fit-out.

Roy is skilled in all aspects of post and pre contract commercial and contract management, quantity surveying services including risk management and claims management, construction disputes, and providing quantum analysis and claim preparation for large-scale projects.

He has comprehensive experience in commonly used contract forms including JCT, FIDIC, NEC, PPP, and bespoke main contracts along with all related sub-contracts.

Scott Boyle is the Chief Executive Officer of Trafalgar Technical Services, leading the company’s strategic growth, client partnerships, operational excellence, and expansion across the UAE and the wider Middle East.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with more than 18 years of experience in the construction and real estate sectors, Scott has built a reputation for delivering commercial success on complex, high-value developments while developing high-performing teams and long-term client relationships. His experience spans the full project lifecycle across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, aviation, infrastructure, data centres, education, and mixed-use developments throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom.
