Sajith Prasanna is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor with more than seven years of handson experience spanning both pre and postcontract commercial functions across infrastructure, commercial, and residential building projects. His portfolio includes offices, retail spaces, restaurants, hypermarkets, hotels, residential towers, luxury villas, and tourismfocused developments, covering both largescale and smallscale programmes in the Middle East and Sri Lanka. He brings a wideranging understanding of quantity surveying procedures, project commercial workflows, and costmanagement practices essential to complex multidisciplinary assignments.

Sajith has contributed to several iconic projects within the UAE, demonstrating capability in delivering accurate measurements, bills of quantities, tender documentation, cost control, variation analysis, and commercial reporting. His involvement spans luxury villa developments in Dubai, high-profile cultural and institutional projects such as the Centre of Curiosity and the National History Museum, major residential communities, and key governmental and defenserelated facilities including the Presidential Guard Command Buildings and landmark initiatives within Masdar City.

Prior to his Middle East tenure, Sajith worked extensively in Sri Lanka on major national infrastructure schemes—including transmission and distribution network upgrades, renewable energy integration, and grid substation construction. His international exposure also includes contributing to energy-related development works in Uganda. These diverse experiences reinforce his ability to operate confidently across varying regulatory environments, design standards, and procurement models.

Sajith holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying alongside an HND in QS and maintains professional memberships including MRICS, MAIQS, and AIQS, underscoring his technical competence and commitment to industry standards. His specialist skill set includes budget estimating, cash flow forecasting, BOQ preparation, value engineering, risk and variation management, tendering and negotiation, financial reporting, payment assessment, claims evaluation, and final accounting.
