Paul Hudson is a seasoned construction industry leader with over thirty five years of experience across consultancy, residential development, main contracting, and high end fit out environments. Known for his strong commercial leadership and clear communication style, Paul has successfully managed the commercial, contractual and cost focused dimensions of major projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Mauritius and the United Kingdom.
His extensive portfolio spans world class airport expansions, luxury hospitality destinations, high rise residential towers, mixed use developments, corporate headquarters, and high specification fit outs. Paul’s experience covers the complete project lifecycle—from cost planning, procurement and tendering, through to post contract cost control, variation management, dispute resolution and final accounting.
In the UAE, Paul has contributed to landmark assignments including Dubai International Airport expansion works, major resort and waterfront developments, complex retail and leisure destinations, and a range of premium hospitality assets. Internationally, he has held senior roles on prestigious commercial, corporate and residential projects throughout London and wider UK markets, as well as large scale developments in Saudi Arabia.
Paul’s technical foundation is supported by a BSc in Quantity Surveying, together with professional accreditation as MRICS and ACIOB. His specialist skills include strategic cost management, programme oversight, value engineering, tender strategy, risk and variation assessment, contract administration, reporting, audits and commercial reviews. He is recognized for leading high performing commercial teams, driving cost certainty, and safeguarding project value throughout the delivery process.
