Neil Anthony Jessop is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 16 years of professional expertise spanning estimating, cost management, project management, commercial administration, and feasibility studies. His career includes extensive work across both subcontractor and maincontractor environments, giving him a strong commercial understanding from multiple perspectives.

Neil has built a diverse project portfolio, contributing to sectors such as commercial newbuilds, residential developments, bespoke refurbishments, home extensions, civils and groundworks packages, and largescale cyclical maintenance programmes for highrise social housing. He has led and managed teams on a wide variety of bespoke and technically challenging schemes, consistently demonstrating strong commercial judgement and attention to detail.

A highly capable professional in both pre and postcontract phases, Neil is skilled in interpreting and applying contract terms and conditions, managing procurement processes, preparing cost plans and budgets, and overseeing commercial reporting. His sound understanding of architectural drawings and measurement principles—supported by practical experience using tools such as Bluebeam—enables him to deliver accurate, efficient commercial outputs across complex project scopes.

Neil’s UAE experience includes involvement in major developments such as the Landside Access Contracts at Dubai International Airport (DXB 2030) and the Oberoi Hotel Project in Wadi Safar, Riyadh. His UK portfolio covers residential schemes, officetoresidential conversions, industrial units, healthcare projects, educational buildings, commercial fitouts, civils and landscaping works, as well as the refurbishment of a historic Michelinstarred pub dating back to 1314.
