Jourdan is highly proficient in NEC and JCT contract frameworks, cost forecasting, cost value reconciliation (CVR), early warnings, risk management, and compensation event administration. He has successfully overseen large subcontract packages, supported complex claims preparation and negotiation, and delivered clear, reliable commercial reporting to senior management teams.
