Jourdan Webb is a highly capable Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of international experience delivering complex projects across the UK, Australia, and the Middle East. His diverse project background spans infrastructure, utilities, highways, tunnels, airports, commercial buildings, and public sector developments, allowing him to bring a well rounded technical and commercial perspective to TTS assignments.
Known for his strong commercial acumen, Jourdan has acted as a commercial lead on major programmes, managing full pre and post contract responsibilities—including procurement, cost control, subcontract and head contract administration, valuations, variations, extensions of time, and final account preparation. Jourdan is highly proficient in NEC and JCT contract frameworks, cost forecasting, cost value reconciliation (CVR), early warnings, risk management, and compensation event administration. He has successfully overseen large subcontract packages, supported complex claims preparation and negotiation, and delivered clear, reliable commercial reporting to senior management teams.
