Manju is a highly qualified Team Leader Quantity Surveyor and Fellow of the RICS, with over 35 years’ experience in both pre and post contract aspects on major projects including airports, commercial & residential buildings, hospitality and hospital projects – with a background mainly focused on MEP.

A highly ethical individual who takes pride in minimising cost for Clients, he has demonstrated the ability to communicate and manage effectively across stakeholders, developers, contractors, engineers and sub-contractors to ensure projects run efficiently within budget and time.

He has been working in the Middle East for 31 years, based in Dubai, having previously been located in Mainland Sri Lanka.
